MCU is a self contained Image or also known as a HOT CD.  It has its own operating system.  The only resources used on the host PC are the CPU-Memory-Ethernet Port.  It does not write to the hard drive.  When done with the demo just reboot the host PC.

The Image is an ISO standard just download and save the image and burn it to a CD

The best order to run the demo is as follows

1. Load all the remote PC’s with the client software.
2. Go through the setup procedure but do not try to connect.
3. When all the remotes are setup then install the MCU.
4. Go through the MCU setup.
5. You will need Internet access for authentication
6. The time limit on the MCU is fifteen minutes
7. The time limit on the client is five minutes
8. At this point, you should test connectivity.
9. The last thing is to connect to the MCU. 

If you wish to change from voice activated to lecture mode make sure all clients are disconnected form the MCU.  If not it just takes a little longer for the MCU to reset the options.
